The hotel was pretty clean and the staff members were really courteous and polite. 😊

This hotel offers unlimited free entrance to the salt 'bear lake' in front of the hotel as well as the spa pools and saunas within the hotel. The lake view was wonderful.

The staff was not very friendly and the breakfast provided enough options but the food was not conform the western standards. The shower was broken and no fan was in the room.

Everything was modern, best possible location in the relaxation area, the staff were friendly. Had recently refurbished room with a big balcony, which I truly enjoyed. The hotel was located in the center of the city.

The location was beautiful, with a picturesque lake nearby and plenty of walking paths to explore. The staff were friendly, professional, and made my stay even more enjoyable with their exceptional service.

Nice relax & spa facilities. Quiet and clean. Excellent food, a lot of local specialties in the menu. Friendly people. Very satisfied with the overall experience.

The indoor pools are rather small, definitely not for good swimming. They can become rather crowded during weekends when the hotel is full. But if you only come to relax and if you can avoid the crowds, then it is really a perfect place to stay.

Stunning views and spacious rooms with all amenities. The breakfast and dinner options were varied and delicious, especially the schnitzel. The highlight was definitely the well-maintained and clean spa. a great stay and we highly recommend this hotel.

The "Bear Lake" is hard to access for older people and people with disabilities, due to the large number of stairs.

the worst thing is that for the 2nd time in a 4 star hotel i go into a room and find the hygienic wrap around the toilet indicating it has been cleaned and disinfected. but in reality, it was not. also the room was not clean. im sure who did the job barely cleaned the toilet. there was no soap! nad there was none supplied during our stay. Also, there was one elevator working and it was verrrrry slow. so we were using the stairs which, by the way, were not lit in the evening and we were going up in darkness!

the system they approve credit cards, without the 4 digit code, they have to call in for verbal authorization. It should be done automatically.

Great modern facilities and fantastic spa area with two saunas. The hotel is located in front of a beautiful lake and offers free shows nearby. The rooms are clean, well organized, and have modern amenities.

There were some communication problems with the staff who had difficulties understanding Romanian. the parking system was frustrating because the card given to exit the parking lot expired too quickly.

The staff here were so friendly and ready to assist from the moment I arrived. I really enjoyed my room, especially the spacious balcony, and the bed was super comfy. The breakfast spread had lots of choices, which was great. Overall a lovely stay! 😊
